Student Ambassador - (Greater Manchester Higher) - January 2018 - July 2019

I helped promote hight education options to secondary students ages 12 - 18. (Included going to University, Apprenticeships, Diploma's)
I went into secondary schools and colleges to support a team leader led presentation and answered students questions
Ran stalls at career fairs for students and parents to get the information
I was involved in university open days (uni's all over Greater Manchester not just my own)
I did also do university open days directly for my university (Salford university)

Built customer service skills
Handled cash and card payments
Multi tasking was needed
Working under pressure
Communication between customers and staff (some members of staff didn't have high levels of English)
